JAKARTA - On Thursday, June 20, the controller of media holding company PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV) transferred more than 2.77 billion shares to a new investor. The new investor was PT Teladan Investama, which acquired these shares from the controller, PT Sinergi Lintas Media, giving it approximately 11.84% ownership. Sinergi Lintas Media's ownership of NETV shares then fell from 71.43% to 59.58%.

Furthermore, PT Adaro Energy Tbk increased its stake in its mineral subsidiary, PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR), by acquiring 6.25 billion shares. As a result, the share portion increased dramatically from 68.55% to 83.84%. Aside from that, Lim Oi Wah became a new investor in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), a holding company that operates in the energy resources infrastructure sector, by purchasing 106.75 million shares, resulting in an 8.31% stake. Budijanto Tirtawisata, another individual investor, purchased an additional 7 million shares in the tourism services company PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR). Cement producer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) also conducted a buyback action, this time for 1.79 million shares.

In contrast, Wilton Resources Holdings Pte Ltd reduced its stake in the gold exploration and mining company PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI) by 200 million shares. This controlling shareholder lost approximately 1.3% of his shares, which is currently 63.38%. The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia also sold 180 million shares of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), also known as Totalindo. This transaction left the investor's shares only 6%.

Tan John Tanuwijaya has yet to sell all of his shares in PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk. This time, he released 28.31 million shares of the company, which specializes in foundations.
