JAKARTA - On Tuesday, June 25, foreign investors sold stock, resulting in a foreign selling volume of 4.74 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign buying volume was just 3.46 billion shares, bringing net foreign volume to -1.28 billion shares. On the top-selling list, foreign investors began by selling 945.31 million shares of the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) for a net volume of -594.42 million shares.

In addition, two shares in banking companies, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), were sold. BBRI shares were sold for 215.88 million shares, for a net volume of almost -100 million shares, followed by the sale of 126.64 million BMRI shares for a net volume of -30.64 million shares. Shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), which operates in the coal mining sector, were then sold for 23.15 million shares, with a net volume of -16.81 million shares. In the precious metal mining sector, 21.40 million shares of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) were sold, resulting in a net volume of -16.33 million shares.

In contrast, 121.61 million shares of the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were purchased, for a net volume of 108 million shares. With a similar net volume (107.26 million shares), around 132.55 million shares of the e-commerce company PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) were purchased. Furthermore, PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) shares in the domestic and international shipping services sectors were purchased for 70.78 million shares, for a net volume of 43.70 million shares. In the banking sector, 23.95 million shares of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) were purchased, for a net volume of 16.05 million shares. Finally, foreign investors purchased 16.81 million shares of upstream oil and gas services business PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), for a net volume of 15.75 million shares. (KD)
