JAKARTA - On Tuesday, July 2, foreign buying volume totaled 1.76 billion shares, while foreign selling volume was 1.89 billion shares. This set of figures, which were not significantly different, yields net foreign volume of -124.59 million shares. The top shares on the top buy list belong to the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), which were purchased for 148.61 million shares with the same net volume because none of its shares were sold.

Foreign investors continued to buy shares in the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), accumulating 76.90 million shares and resulting in a net volume of 52.31 million shares. In the banking sector, 71.69 million shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) were purchased, for a net volume of 24.90 million shares, followed by 137.17 million shares of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), for a net volume of 20.61 million shares. Shares of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR), which works in the metallurgical coal mining sector, were also purchased for 26.82 million shares, with a net volume of 24.66 million shares.

Turning to the top sell list, shares of the telecommunication company PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) ranked first with 87.33 million shares sold and a net volume of -79.57 million shares. Aside from that, shares of the digital business integrator company PT Quantum Clovera Investama Tbk (KREN) were sold for 53.38 million shares without being purchased, resulting in a net volume of -53.38 million shares. The next shares sold were those of the coal mining business PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), which totaled approximately 84.83 million shares, with a net volume of -49.97 million shares. Around 160.41 million shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) in the banking sector were also sold, resulting in a net volume of -34.17 million shares.
