JAKARTA – PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) is currently offering Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase III Year 2024 worth IDR 1.5 trillion starting today (8/7) until Tuesday (9/7). PNM has obtained an “idAAA(sy)” rating from Pefindo.

In the short prospectus quoted Monday (8/7), this sukuk is said to be offered in two series. Series A is worth IDR 163.06 trillion, with the yield ratio of 21.85% of profit-sharing income. The term is set to 370 days.

Meanwhile, series B sukuk is IDR 693.08 billion, with yield ratio of 24.604% of profit-sharing income. The period is set to three years, starting from the emission date.

Approximately IDR 856.14 billion of this sukuk mudharabah will be guaranteed with full commitment, with joint underwriters consisting of PT Bahana Sekuritas of 22.78%, PT Mandiri Sekuritas of 39.77%, and PT Indo Premier Sekuritas of 37.44%. Then, the remaining sukuk principal, worth IDR 643.86 billion, is guaranteed with best effort. (LK/ZH)
