JAKARTA - PT Okansa Fuji Shosha purchased 260 million shares of PT Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (FUJI) on Friday, July 5, and immediately held 20% of them. Fuji Finance is a multi-finance company that offers investment financing, working capital financing, multi-purpose financing, invoice financing, and bridge financing. PT Caraka Reksa Optima also purchased 185.14 million shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), a mining, infrastructure, and oil and gas services company.

Still in the mining sector, a foreign investor, Sinar Nusantara Sdn. Bhd., has acquired 77.29 million shares of the coal mining company PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI), increasing its stake to 8.23%. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a mining holding company, then purchased 12.55 million of its own shares, bringing its total shareholding to 525.28 million. Aside from that, PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama bought 1 million shares of the food manufacturing company PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA).

On the other hand, individual investor Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo sold 16,100 PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA) shares, reducing his ownership in this integrated supply chain company to 11.91%. Another ZBRA investor, PT. Trinity Healthcare, also sold 12,000 shares.

PT Trans Power Marine Tbk (TPMA), a bulk goods transportation service provider, once again saw a decrease in the percentage of shares owned by its investors, though this did not coincide with a decrease in the number of shares. PT Dwitunggal Perkasa Mandiri now holds 53.77%, or equal to 1.49 billion shares it owns. Apart from that, PT Patin Resources, which owns 315.89 million shares, now officially owns only 11.33% of the stake. Finally, an investor called PT Metamorfosis Ekosistem Indonesia reported an increase in their shareholding in the digital banking company Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO). Without changing the number of shares, which is 3.99 billion shares, the percentage of Metamorphosis Ecosystem shares fell from 28.81% to 28.8%. (KD)
