JAKARTA - On Wednesday, July 10, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) was once again seen purchasing its own stock. The mining company's intensive share buyback action was recorded at a volume of 12.55 million shares this time, bringing the total stockpiled to 562.93 million shares, or approximately 6.57% ownership. PT Arthakencana Rayatama has also continued to increase its investment in fuel oil distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), this time by 10.73 million shares, for a total ownership of 13.67%.

Individual investor Sukarto Bujung then followed suit, purchasing 4 million shares of premium rice producer PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI). Furthermore, foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd added 1.87 million shares of integrated energy infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) to its portfolio, while PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama purchased 500 thousand shares of consumer food manufacturer PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), increasing its stake to 58.16%.

On the other hand, the controller of ZATA, PT Lembur Sadaya Investama, reduced its shares in the fashion company PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA) by selling 6.08 million shares, leaving its share percentage at 70.64%. PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA), a supply chain solutions company, saw two of its investors's stakes reduced, though the volume was minimal. First, PT Trinity Healthcare, which owns 70.79% of the company, sold 21,000 shares. Aside from that, Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, the company's 11.91% shareholder, sold 15,100 shares.

The latest news comes from PT Trans Power Marine Tbk (TPMA), a marine transportation services company. The rights issue action is still eroding the ownership percentages of two major investors: PT Dwitunggal Perkasa Mandiri (1.82 billion shares) now owns 52.3%, while PT Patin Resources (315.89 million shares) owns only 9.05%.
