Agustin Widyawati now owns 5% of Harta Djaya (MEJA) after purchasing 96 million shares
JAKARTA - Agustin Widyawati became PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk's (MEJA) newest individual investor on Monday, July 15. This investor immediately became the owner of 5.01% of the design and interior services company after purchasing approximately 96.10 million shares.
Edward Halim, another private investor, was also observed purchasing approximately 30 million shares in the real estate firm PT Saptausaha Gemilangindah Tbk (SAGE), and Lo Kheng Hong added 73,000 more shares in the energy investment firm PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM). Aside from that, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), the holding company for the coal mining industry, was still stacking up its own shares; at this point, it was up to 12.55 million, bringing the total number of shares held to 600 million.
Next, two major investors, PT MNC Sekuritas and PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, recorded share transfers from and to the development sector company PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG): PT MNC Sekuritas released nearly 540 million KPIG shares, while PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk purchased 7.66 million shares. However, MNC Asia Holding actually released 56 million shares of media and broadcasting issuer PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR). Then, 200 thousand shares of the general insurance company PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU) were sold by foreign investor UOB Kay Hian Private Limited.
The last update was provided by PT Trans Power Marine (TPMA), a provider of maritime transportation services. Although the share volume remained unchanged, the two investors reported a decrease in their share percentage. With 1.82 billion shares, PT Dwitunggal Perkasa Mandiri used to hold 52.3% of the shares, but as of right now, it only holds 52.04%. Then, with 315.89 million shares, PT Patin Resources held 9.05% of the shares at one point, but that percentage has since dropped to 9.01%. (KD)
