JAKARTA - Fitradityo Harjuno, an individual investor, purchased 161.53 million shares of PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), the company that manufactures and fabricates special vehicles, on Tuesday, July 30. Through PT Sucor Sekuritas, he completed the transaction, controlling 5.98% of the shares, or nearly 6% of the total. Ikra Zama Dinnata, another NTBK investor, on the other hand, actually released 64 million shares, reducing the share percentage from 9.56% to 7.19%.

Additionally, through PT Dwidana Sakti Sekuritas and three other securities, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya came to own up to 138 million more shares of the integrated energy infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI). This investor currently owns 5.45% of the BIPI shares. In addition, Fersindo purchased 51.40 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), a company that makes household appliances and cosmetic aerosols, with a final stake of 8.31%. Subsequently, 103.53 million shares of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (PEGE) were bought by foreign investor RR Capital Group Pte Ltd, giving it 9.93% ownership of the business that engages in securities trading and brokerage.

Additionally, PT Sanca Griya Modalindo, a new investor, has acquired 103.33 million shares through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, bringing its ownership of 5.58% of the issuer in the sea shipping and logistics services sector, PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML). However, PT Goldfive Investment Capital, a different BSML investor, did, in fact, sell 3.54 million shares of BSML using the same securities.

Conversely, PT Global Mediacom Tbk sold over 96.32 million shares of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN), a provider of media content. Also, PT Gozco Capital released 55.04 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), a digital banking company, and PT Dua Usaha Karya Negeri sold 300,000 shares of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS), a holding company with operations in the transportation, mining, and oil and gas industries.
