JAKARTA - On Monday, August 5, PT KB Valbury Sekuritas made a new equity investment in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), a company that provides integrated energy infrastructure. This investor purchased 3.23 billion BIPI shares in total, giving them a 5.07% ownership stake. Furthermore, PT KB Valbury Sekuritas has acquired up to 250 million shares of the oil and gas tanker company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), resulting in an increase in their share portion from 5.74% to 7.51%.

Additionally, Antony Lesmana acquired more than 643.81 million shares of PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK), making him a new investor of approximately 18.03% of the company's shares in the retail food and beverage business. With a final share portion of nearly 40%, PT Megapratama Karya Persada was also noted as purchasing 324.80 million shares in the hospital management issuer, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO). Additionally, PT Bogamulia Nagadi, the controller of the pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), gained another 1.17 million shares for its shares, bringing its ownership stake to 88.11%.

Additional updates were provided by the MNC Group, whose parent company, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, disclosed the release of 56 million shares of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), a media and broadcasting subsidiary. It's also noteworthy that 36.38 million shares of the media and content company PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) were released by Global Mediacom.

Zurich Assets International Ltd., a foreign investor, has also reduced shares in PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), a producer of household appliances and cosmetic aerosols, by 12.39 million shares. Roughly 458,100 shares of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS), a manufacturer of glue and formaldehyde, were then sold by individual investor Faadhil Irshad through PT Indo Premier Sekuritas and three other securities companies. Ultimately, investor PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia sold 123 thousand shares of integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions company PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA). (KD)
