JAKARTA - On Thursday, August 8, PT Barito Pacific Tbk, the owner of 31.58% of PT Chandra Asri Pacific (TPIA) shares, released shares in outstanding volume. Barito Pacific released more than 10.13 billion shares of this petrochemical manufacturing and processing company through PT Harita Kencana Sekuritas, reducing its share portion to just 19.87%.

Additionally, Silvery Moon Investments Ltd., a foreign investor, also released a sizable number of shares. With a final ownership of 6.24%, this foreign investor sold 1.92 billion shares of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), a company that manufactures electric vehicles. Also, Antony Lesmana has not completed selling all of the shares of the food and beverage retail company PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK), as many as 4.28 million this time.

Next, two major investors appeared to be trading shares of the issuer, PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), which is involved in the exploration and trading of oil and gas. PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk sold 11.99 million shares of ENRG, and PT Shima Global Kapital added 23.60 million shares.

Conversely, Pinky NK acquired an additional 3.70 million shares in PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD), a maritime service provider that supports the oil and gas industry, after Budhi Moeljono added 21 million shares in the agro-chemical industry company PT Indo Acidatama Tbk (SRSN). PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), a cement manufacturer, subsequently purchased 2.65 million of its own shares.

Lastly, PT Goldfive Investment Capital acquired 5.40 million shares of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML), a shipping and logistics company, while PT Sanca Griya Modalindo sold 4.23 million shares. Currently, Sanca Griya owns 5.78% of BSML, while Goldfive Investment owns 46.12% of the shares. (KD)
