Yulisar Khiat acquires 38 million Hermina Hospital (HEAL) shares from Binsar Parasian
JAKARTA - On Wednesday, August 21, Yulisar Khiat acquired 38.95 million shares of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), the company that operates the Hermina Hospital, from Binsar Parasian Simorangkir. Through PT Mandiri Sekuritas, the two individual investors carried out their transactions. While Binsar's shares decreased from 5.89% to 5.64%, Yulisar saw a rise in its share portion from 12% to 12.26%.
Two significant investors in the shipping and logistics service provider PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML) also bought and sold shares. PT Sanca Griya Modalindo raised its ownership to 6.09% by adding 13.33 million shares. PT Goldfive Investment Capital now only owns about 46.82% of the shares after this controller reduced its share count by 3.55 million shares. PT KB Valbury Sekuritas was designated as the transaction facilitator for both transactions.
As PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk's (SMMA) controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala also acquired more shares. With an addition of 1.11 million shares, this investor now owns 52.01% of this financial services provider. Next, Lo Kheng Hong purchased 320 thousand shares of PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), a strategic investment company, following Surono Subekti, who purchased 349 thousand shares of PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS), the holding company that supports airport services.
Conversely, PT Toba Sejahtra reduced its shareholding by releasing 3.27 million shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), a coal mining and palm oil plantation company. Sendra Gunawan, an individual investor, also released up to 1.50 million shares in the insurance company PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk (AHAP). Fidelity Funds then reduced its shares in PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST), the operator of Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets in Indonesia, by 31,900 shares, closing the market hints. (KD)
