JAKARTA - On Friday, September 13, foreign investors' shares sale activities resulted in a foreign selling volume of up to 3 billion shares. Meanwhile, the foreign buying volume was at 2.95 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume was just slightly different, closing at -45.60 million shares. On the top buy list, the largest share purchase was made to the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), namely around 228.92 million shares, with a net volume of 153.14 million shares.

In second place, 132.70 million shares of renewable energy business PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) were purchased, for a net volume of 128.62 million shares. Shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), which provides domestic and international shipping services, were then purchased for 59.18 million shares, for a net volume of 56.96 million shares. In the telecoms industry, foreign investors purchased 88.39 million shares of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM), for a net volume of almost 51 million shares. PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) became the final stock on the top purchase list, with a buying volume of 67.34 million shares and a net volume of 47.73 million shares.

On the other hand, on the top-selling list, 1.51 billion shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold, with the net volume being -252.62 million shares. Foreign investors then sold shares in PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), one of Indonesia's largest coal mining companies, for around 107.17 million shares, with a net volume of -84.83 million shares. Furthermore, shares of electronic retail firm PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) were sold for 86.50 million shares, with a net volume of -74.29 million shares, followed by the sale of 77.78 million shares of property company PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), with a net volume of -72.12 million shares. The top-selling list concluded with the sale of 52.14 million shares of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) in the precious metal mining sector, for a net volume of -37.64 million shares. (KD)
