Aladin Global acquires 5.84 billion shares of Bank Aladin Syariah (BANK)
JAKARTA - With a remarkable volume of 5.84 billion shares, PT Aladin Global Ventures purchased shares of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk (BANK) on Friday, October 4. This investor's share portion increased to 50.62% from 11.06% after its most recent purchase through PT Pacific Sekuritas Indonesia. Presently, Aladin Global holds a majority stake in the digital Sharia bank.
By acquiring 133.29 million shares through PT Verdhana Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Iforte Solusi Infotek, a provider of in-building services, has joined the list of investors in PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST). Iforte immediately took control of 9.87% of IBST shares. Next, PT Bogamulia Nagadi added 2.40 million shares in pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC) after PT APP Purinusa Ekapersada had purchased 18.60 million shares of paper and cardboard packaging manufacturer PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP). Subsequently, 12 million shares of PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk (DIGI), an issuer that oversees multiple digital media and content platforms, were purchased by Iwa Sukresno Karunia, an individual investor.
On the other hand, the reduction in shares was recorded by PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, which released 36.86 million shares of energy service solution company PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA). Additionally, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama sold 16.64 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a company that produces palm oil.
The next shares released were 5.50 million of PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP), which processes and exports shrimp, by PT Tiga Makin Jaya. PT Intiputera Bumitirta then sold 1.93 million shares of PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD), an investment company in the energy generation sector. Ultimately, 2.84 million shares of PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk (ESSA), which runs Indonesia's largest ammonia plant and a private LPG refinery, were released by individual investor T. Permadi Rachmat.
