Dewi Shri Farmindo (DEWI) shares bought and sold by two individual investors
JAKARTA - Ferry Saputra, an individual investor, invested 19.40 million shares in PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI) on Monday, October 21. This investor raised his stake to 6.3% as a result. However, another DEWI investor, Sujito Ngatiman, actually sold 1.75 million shares of the company that farms broiler chickens. He currently controls 8.41% of the company. PT KB Valbury Sekuritas was appointed to facilitate both transactions.
Then, by acquiring 10.37 million shares of snack food manufacturer PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah Tbk (MAXI), PT Karya Nusa Perdana increased their stake in the company. Following this acquisition, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala bought 6.23 million more shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), a provider of financial services. Additionally, PT Startel Communication purchased 1.2 million shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), also referred to as Jati Group. The issuer itself is involved in commercial aviation, particularly in the rental of helicopters. PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama also increased its ownership of PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), a food producer, by one million shares.
However, by selling 42.29 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama recorded the largest share reduction this time. Andreas Utomo, an individual investor, also sold 14.80 million shares of PT Aman Agrindo Tbk (GULA), a company that produces sugar.
PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP) provided the next update. Two of its investors decided to sell shares, beginning with PT Tiga Makin Jaya, which sold 3.58 million shares, and Martinus Soesilo, who sold 491 thousand shares.
