JAKARTA – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI through its subsidiary, BNI Venture, introduced 10 startups participating in the Axel Arc pitching demo day accelerator program at the Tech in Asia Conference 2024 event held on Wednesday (23/10). This step is in line with BNI's efforts to strengthen its position in the financial services industry.

Axel Arc is part of the BNV Arcade 2024 accelerator program which aims to encourage collaboration between the BNI Group ecosystem and a number of startups. Through this program, BNI Ventures is committed to strengthening innovation in banking services and utilizing the latest technology solutions developed by startups.

BNI Venture presents various startups at this demo day event, ranging from fintech, AI & machine learning, SaaS, healthcare, B2B, to the ESG sector. The startups will present innovative solutions that they have developed after undergoing workshops and mentoring sessions by industry experts and investors during the Axel Arc accelerator program.

"Through the Axel Arc accelerator program, which is part of BNV Arcade, we can connect directly with startups that present innovations. This allows us to find new solutions to continue to drive innovation, strengthen the competitiveness of the BNI Group, and accelerate adaptation to changes in the banking industry. Collaboration with startups is very important to ensure that our services remain superior for our customers," said SEVP Information & Technology BNI, Victor Erico Korompis on the occasion.

Victor sees this program as a strategic platform to introduce startups that have participated in the Axel Arc accelerator. This conference provides an opportunity for startups to build strategic partnerships with various stakeholders in the technology industry, including investors and other strategic partners.

The 10 startups that attended the startup pitching demo day event at the Tech in Asia Conference 2024 were: Rintisan, D3Labs, Qasir.id, Kata.ai, Ciroes, Volantis Technology, Fineksi (formerly Finskor), Zi.Care, Momofin, Duluin.
