Petrosea will issue bonds and sukuk ijarah of IDR 1.5 trillion
JAKARTA. PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), an issuer of coal and oil and gas mining support services, will issue bonds and sukuk ijarah with a total principal amount of IDR 1.5 trillion.
The bonds to be issued by PTRO are part of PTRO's Shelf Registration Public Offering (PUB) I, with a target of raising funds of up to IDR 2 trillion. In the issuance of Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase I/2024, the principal amount to be issued by the company is IDR 1 trillion.
Meanwhile, the sukuk ijarah that will be issued by PTRO is part of PTRO's PUB Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah I, with a target of funds to be raised of IDR 1 trillion. In the issuance of Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I/2024, PTRO will issue sukuk ijarah amounting to IDR 500 billion.
The bonds and sukuk ijarah will be offered in 4 series. However, the principal amount and coupons offered for each series have not yet been determined by the company.
PTRO has obtained the "idA+" and "idA+(sy)" ratings from the Indonesian Securities Rating (Pefindo) for the bonds and sukuk ijarah that will be issued.
The initial offering period for the bonds and sukuk ijarah will take place on 12-15 November 2024. The public offering is scheduled to take place on 9-10 December 2024 and listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on 16 December 2024. (KR/LM)
