JAKARTA. PT Formosa Ingredient Factory Tbk (BOBA), a beverage ingredient manufacturer known with its brand Boba King, will distribute interim dividend of IDR 2.31 billion or IDR 2 per share.

Dewi Irianty Wijaya, Vice President Director of BOBA , mentioned that said plan aligns with the decision made by the board of directors a couple of days ago. “It had been approved by the board of commissioner on November 11, 2024,” she added in the official statement.

The interim dividend will be given to BOBA’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on November 25, 2024. The interim dividend will be paid on December 6, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, BOBA scored net profit of IDR 12.17 billion within the first nine months (9M) of 2024. The company recorded unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 31.22 trillion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 155.13 billion.

At yesterday’s (12/11) closing bell, BOBA’s shares has shifted down 2 points or 1.16% to IDR 170 per share until 9.45 AM WIB. However, since the beginning of this year, the price has shifted 3 points up or 1.80%. (KR/ZH)
