Robby Adijaya joins Ginting Jaya Energi (WOWS) as new 5% shareholder
JAKARTA - Robby Adijaya, an investor, acquired shares in PT Ginting Jaya Energi Tbk (WOWS) on Thursday, November 14. With a 5.11% stake, this individual investor purchased 126.56 million shares through PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk and four additional securities firms. WOWS is an oil and gas contractor with a focus on procurement and rig services.
PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk's share portion increased to around 6% after six million shares of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) were added to the portfolio. Additionally, PT Startel Communication acquired 440 thousand shares in PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), popularly known as Jati Group, an issuer involved in helicopter rentals. Then, Ramajanto Tirtawisata purchased one million shares of the travel agency PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR), while the chemical business PT Lautan Luas Tbk purchased 1.53 million of its own shares.
On the other hand, investor PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama once again released approximately 64 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). The controlling shareholder of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, subsequently sold 1.33 million shares of this financial services company. Ferry Saputra also sold 18.70 million shares of PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI), a company that works in the broiler chicken industry.
Lastly, Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd and PT Intan Pariwara, two investors in PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), reported a decrease in the proportion of shares in this holding company that manufactures and sells office stationery under the BANTEX brand. Nevertheless, the total number of shares that they each owned remained unchanged. With 1.94 billion shares, Ruhong Holding currently owns 87.71% of the shares, while Intan Pariwara now owns 7.83% with 174 million shares. (KD)
