JAKARTA - PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama, a stakeholder of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN), increased its stake in this real estate developer on Tuesday, November 19. This investor enthusiastically acquired over 1.91 billion shares of MDLN right away, increasing the share portion from 13.6% to over 29%. In the meantime, Haiyanto actually decreased his holdings of MDLN shares by 3.74 million shares, bringing his total ownership down to 9.79%. PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk was employed to complete both share transactions.

Yulisar Khiat, another individual investor, then increased his holdings in PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), the operator of Hermina Hospital, by 2.61 million shares, while Sugiman Layanto increased his holdings in PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), a company that provides transportation services to the oil and gas sector, by 1.3 million shares. It is also stated that PT Bogamulia Nagadi, the pharmaceutical company's controlling shareholder, strengthened its control to 88.82% by acquiring 820,500 shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC). PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), the company that makes bread under the Sari Roti name, also acquired 420,300 of its own shares.

Meanwhile, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama kept on reducing its shares in palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), this time by more than 50.72 million shares. PT Majukarya Mandiri also released almost 15 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), a company that produces aerosols for cosmetics and household equipment.

The controlling shareholder of financial services company PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, also opted to reduce its stake, which amounts to about 3 million shares. Last but not least, PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO) foreign investor Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd saw a minor drop in shares to 87.6%, despite the fact that the total number of shares owned stayed at 1.94 billion.
