JAKARTA - PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) is divesting 46.51 million treasury shares starting from next week (3/12). These treasury shares originate from the buyback held from August 28, 2015, to March 18, 2020.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (25/11), Setiadi Djajasaputra, Corporate Secretary of NRCA, mentioned that the minimum price for treasury shares’ divestment is set to IDR 364 per share. Thus, assuming that the price hit said level, the proceeds will arrive at IDR 16.93 billion.

However, total projected proceeds from this treasury stock divestment will arrive lower than IDR 30.10 billion, equal to IDR 647.31 per share, during the final buyback settlement date on November 30, 2015.

The stock exchange member assigned for managing this divestment is PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, with the deadline set to December 20, 2024.

As of October 2024, NRCA reported 2.49 billion listed shares with treasury stock of 79.18 million shares, equal to 3.17%.

Total shareholders were at 3,374, and the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares is PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA). (LK/ZH)
