Foreign buy transactions hit 4.39 billion shares, net foreign surplus at 254.17 million shares
JAKARTA - On Thursday, November 28, foreign investors purchased a total of 4.39 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sell volume stood at 4.13 billion shares. As a result, the net foreign volume surplus ended at 254.17 million shares. The digital corporation PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) then had the most shares purchased for 2.67 billion shares, for a net volume of 314.80 million shares.
In addition, 240.95 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an energy resources infrastructure business, were purchased for a net volume of 230.38 million shares. Foreign investors then purchased 152.33 million shares of coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) for a net volume of 28.25 million shares. In the media sector, 73.39 million shares of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) were purchased for a net volume of 44.96 million shares, followed by 35.74 million shares of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) for a net volume of 26.04 million shares.
Foreign investors, on the other hand, sold a number of shares, beginning with 213.25 million shares of the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) for a net volume of -98.82 million shares. The next shares sold were of PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) in the general mining contractor services sector, totalling 106.76 million shares with a net volume of -76.25 million shares. Furthermore, 44.91 million shares of credit trading company PT Topindo Solusi Komunika Tbk (TOSK) were sold, with a net volume of -34.33 million shares. In the oil and gas industry, PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) has around 22.03 million shares sold, with a net volume of 18.98 million shares in the negative.
