JAKARTA - On Wednesday, December 4, foreign investors purchased 2.10 billion shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) for a net volume of 319.86 million. This transaction contributed to the net foreign surplus of 572.64 million shares with the foreign buy volume at 4.37 billion shares, while the foreign sell volume at 3.79 billion shares.

Aside from GOTO, about 220.15 million shares of the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were purchased, with a net volume of 199.90 million shares. In the general mining contractor services sector, 156.38 million shares of PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) were purchased, for a net volume of 85.51 million shares. Shares of the mineral mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BRMS) were then purchased for 108.37 million shares for a net volume of 56.97 million shares, followed by the purchase of 56.15 million shares of the gold mining company PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) for a net volume of 50.43 million shares.

In contrast, 239.64 million shares of the coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) were sold by foreign investors, and the net volume was -136.70 million shares. Shares of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) were then sold for 81.86 million shares, with a net volume of -49.11 million shares. Apart from that, PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) shares in the paint production sector were sold for 98.61 million shares, and the net volume was -40.39 million shares. In the banking industry, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) stock was sold for 206.45 million shares, with a net volume of -36.18 million shares.
