JAKARTA - Barokah Melayu Food Pte Ltd (BMF) will boost its portion to 50.10% in PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (ENAK) from 42.46% through a voluntary tender starting from Thursday (19/12) until January 17, 2025.

In the short prospectus quoted Wednesday (18/12), BMF will increase the portion by 7.63%, or 165.50 million shares, from ENAK with purchasing price set to IDR 1,025 per share. Once calculated, total transaction value reaches IDR 169.63 billon.

As of now, ENAK’s authorised capital stands at IDR 80 billion, while its issued and paid-up capital is at IDR 21.66 billion. The stock in portfolio is IDR 58.33 billion.

Shareholder structure consists of BMF of 42.46%, Ali Gunawan Ridwan (AGR) of 16.06%, PT Alba Cipta Rasa (ACR) of 15.71%, PT Cipta Rasa Juara (CRJ) of 8.76%, and the public of 16.45%.

After this transaction, shareholder structure will comprise BMF of 50.10%, followed by Ali Gunawan Budiman of 14.40%, ACR of 13.62%, CRJ of 7.60%, and the public of 14.27%.

BMF is known as a management consultancy company and holding company headquartered in Singapore. The shareholder of BMF is Clarion Overseas International Nutrition Limited, with the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares Capsquare Asia Partners Fund I, LP. (LK/ZH)
