JAKARTA - On Tuesday, December 17, foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd bought 155 million shares to its holdings in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI). This investor previously held about 15.67% of BIPI's shares; however, this most recent acquisition raised that percentage to nearly 16%. Energy infrastructure is the focus of BIPI shares.

Subsequently, Sendra Gunawan acquired 112.5 million shares of PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk (AHAP), a traditional non-life insurance company, bringing her ownership stake up to 12.56%.

Following that, PT Primitias Ikota Jaya purchased 7.24 million shares of PT Tera Data Indonusa Tbk (AXIO), a company that manufactures and trades computers and computer spare parts under the Axioo brand.

Then, Lo Kheng Hong, one of Indonesia's top value investors, was observed simultaneously purchasing shares in two issuers. In order to increase his shareholding to 5.23%, he first purchased 550 thousand shares in PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL), a tire maker. His stake in PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), an energy investment company, then rose by 26,200 shares. He employed PT Sinarmas Sekuritas to complete both transactions.

Foreign investors, on the other hand, dropped their holdings significantly. HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self sold over 13 million shares of mining holding company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), while INV Management Pte Ltd sold 8.5 million shares of cybersecurity service provider PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR).

Additionally, Fintech Business Innovation LPS released 950 thousand shares of web portal and digital platform company PT Venteny Fortuna International (VTNY), and CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd released 1.36 million shares of gold exploration and trading company PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI).

The sale of 2.47 million shares of financial services company PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) by its controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, finally concluded the market hints this time. (KD)
