JAKARTA – On Friday, December 20, PT Sunterra Indonesia raised its stake in PT Cerestar Indonesia Tbk (TRGU), a company that produces wheat flour. This investor increased its shares from 21.58% to 26.3% after buying 375 million shares through PT Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia.

Subsequently, PT Kobin Keramik Industri acquired 314 million shares through PT Lotus Andalan Sekuritas, further solidifying its hold on ceramic manufacturer PT Cahayaputra Asa Keramik Tbk (CAKK). There was a substantial increase, from 62.55% to 88.64%.

Additionally, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk expanded its holdings by buying another 11.12 million shares of the multimedia and television firm PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA). Individual investor Raden Yohanes Kristian Hardianto then acquired an additional 7 million shares of PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU), a business involved in the real estate industry.

CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, was once more noted as purchasing and disposing of shares. This investor sold 1.18 million shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property (INPP) but purchased 112 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), a company that provides energy infrastructure. Both transactions were conducted through PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia. Currently, CGS International owns 8.41% of INPP and roughly 16.56% of BIPI.

However, Hapsoro sold 12 million shares of the upstream-to-downstream energy business, PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), leaving 28.23% of the company's shares. After that, Siauw Yunus Subandi sold 1,000 shares of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk (LRNA), a bus transportation company.

PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), a coal mining holding firm, had 3.62 million shares sold by foreign investor HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self. Finally, through PT Surya Fajar Sekuritas, Fintech Business Innovation LPS released half a million shares of PT Venteny Fortuna International (VTNY), a web portal and digital platform company. (KD)
