JAKARTA – Five subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. (TOWR) have secured a loan worth IDR 2 trillion from PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI).

The five subsidiaries in question include PT Profesional Telekomunikasi (Protelindo), PT Iforte Solusi (Iforte), PT Solusi Tunas Pratama (SUPR), BIT Teknologi (BIT), and PT Iforte Payment Infrastructure (IPI).

The loan agreement was officially signed on December 23, 2024. The loan was split into two revolving facilities worth IDR 1 trillion each.

Out of the total loan, Iforte, BIT, and SUPR are granted access to IDR 1 trillion of loan, while Protelindo has a credit limit set to IDR 725 billion and IDR 295 billion, and IPI is granted a maximum loan of IDR 100 billion.

The revolving loan facility 1 will mature on December 17, 2025, while the revolving loan facility 2 will be available for 36 months, starting from the agreement signing.

According to Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, mentioned that this loan will not have any negative impact on operational and financial activities of the company.

The strategy is a form of TOWR’s commitment in promoting growth of its subsidiaries. With this extra capital boost, all companies are expected to thrive and contribute positively to the group. (DK/ZH)
