JAKARTA - PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (CSIS) is set to carry out a rights issue of up to 3.9 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share. This corporate action plan was approved by shareholders on January 9, 2025.

In an information disclosure on Friday (10/1), CSIS President Director, Tjoea Aubintoro, stated that the rights issue plan was approved by 80.12% of the quorum, representing shareholders with valid voting rights totalLing 1.04 billion shares.

CSIS shareholders also approved management’s plan to issue 392.1 million warrants.

As of December 2024, the company recorded 1.30 billion shares with the following ownership structure: PT Olympic Kapital Equity at 22.77%, PT Andalan Utama Bintara at 57.23%, and the public holding 20%.

The total number of shareholders stands at 3,702, with Tjoea Aubintoro as the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares. (LK/ZH)
