JAKARTA - PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI) booked revenue of IDR 332 billion at the end of 2024 from apartment sales in Batam.

“This amount of revenue was brought in solely by sales of four towers of Phase 1 of the Monde City, excluding other projects,” said Corporate Secretary of PURI, Jessica, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Wednesday (15/1).

The Monde City is located in Batam, a Free-Trade Zone, a magnet for property investors seeking potential high return due to strategic location and its proximity to public facilities.

Through its subsidiary, PT Puri Karya Bersama, the company is developing 10 apartment towers over a land of 4.3 hectares (ha). The land was acquired using IPO proceeds secured in 2020 of IDR 30.38 billion.

“This project has a total target revenue of IDR 1.5 trillion. As of now, the company is focusing on completing Phase 1, consisting of four towers and 1,264 units in total, and is setting revenue target of IDR 514 in 2025,” Jessica added.

In addition, PURI’s price was seen increasing 1.38% to IDR 294 this morning (15/1) at 10.46 AM WIB. In the past week, the shares have increased 8.09%, or skyrocketing 34.86% in the past month.
