TRIN’s saw 82% surge in marketing revenue in 2024, what are the drivers?
JAKARTA – PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) reported marketing revenue of IDR 1.89 trillion throughout 2024. This figure reflects an 81% growth from the initial target of IDR 1.05 trillion to IDR 1.5 trillion.
The flagship project, Sequoia Hills in Sentul, was the primary contributor, accounting for 42% of the total marketing revenue in 2024. In addition, other projects, such as Collins Boulevard and Holdwell Business Park, also performed well.
Given this year’s achievements, Triniti Land is optimistic about targeting IDR 1.8 trillion in marketing revenue for 2025. This target is supported by a favorable outlook for the property industry, pro-business government policies, post-pandemic economic recovery, and increasing consumer interest in premium projects.
“This achievement is the result of our team’s hard work and the market’s positive response to our flagship projects. With improving property trends and government incentives, we are confident that 2025 will be an even better year,” said Ishak Chandra, Co-Founder & Group CEO of Triniti, in a written statement on Thursday (16/1).
Key strategic projects supporting the company, such as Marc’s Boulevard in Batam, Sequoia Hills in Sentul, Collins Boulevard in Tangerang, and Holdwell Business Park in Lampung, are still under development and are expected to be delivered to customers soon.
Danny Sutradewa, TRIN’s Finance Director, added that the company would focus on strengthening its capital structure, operational efficiency, and cash flow management to support the continuity of strategic projects.
“We are optimistic about achieving even better results in 2025 with a measured approach and focus on business sustainability,” he emphasized. (DK/ZH)
