JAKARTA – The two investors sold their shares through PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia on Monday, January 13. MB Investment Management Pte Ltd sold 300,000 shares of CYBR, while INV Management Pte Ltd sold 7.26 million shares.

MB Investment currently owns 27.45% of the shares of this provider of information security solutions, while INV Management currently owns 46.34%. These sales also initiated the list of share transactions by holders of 5% or more of the stock this time.

Following that, 3.68 million shares of PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM), a general contractor company, were sold by another foreign investor, Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, causing the share price to drop from 11.72% to 11.42%.

Then, PT Sarana Kelola Investa, the controller of PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk (KARW), dumped a total of 9.40 million shares of this company. Its ownership percentage dropped to 77.03%. KARW shares are involved in the maritime logistics services and container terminal industries.

Approximately 3.18 million shares of PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY), a business in the renewable energy sector, were released by the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal.

However, through PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia, private investor Suhali acquired 200 million shares in PT Hoffmen Cleanindo Tbk (KING), a company that provides cleaning and sanitation services. His share amount increased to nearly 10%.

Additionally, Satrijanto Tirtawisata added ten million more shares to his investment in PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR), a provider of tourism services.

The sole foreign investor listed on the share purchase list was DBS Bank Ltd S/A Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund. Its ownership grew to 8.39% by acquiring 3.63 million shares in PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA), the Pizza Hut franchise business.

After that, PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya purchased an extra 2.5 million shares of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), the operator of Mitra Keluarga Hospital, bringing this controller's ownership stake to 63.9%.

Lastly, PT Startel Communication purchased 1.9 million shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), a business that offers helicopter rental services. (KD)
