JAKARTA – PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), a real estate developer focused on residential projects in Batam, Riau Islands, has successfully secured a landbank of 3,987 m² in Bengkong, Batam.
The land plot was purchased from non-affiliated company PT Bayu Putra Sentosa for IDR 7 billion on January 20, 2025.
"This agreement aims to expand The Monde Signature project, which the company has successfully developed," said Jessica, Corporate Secretary of PURI, in an information disclosure.
PURI previously generated approximately IDR 101 billion in revenue from sales of The Monde Signature housing project.
“Seeing the strong market demand for landed housing, PURI is ambitiously expanding with The Monde Signature Phase II,” Jessica added.
This landed housing project is expected to generate up to IDR 13 billion in revenue from house sales.
Previously, PURI also announced total revenue of IDR 332 billion from The Monde City as of 2024. For 2025, the company targets revenue of up to IDR 514 billion from the apartment project.
In its official release, PURI also mentioned plans to launch a new project on a 10-hectare plot of land this year. “As such, the company is optimistic about the strengthening of PURI’s share price in 2025,” Jessica concluded. (ZH)
