Spent IDR 31.63 billion, Jonathan Tahir raises stakes in SRAJ
JAKARTA - Jonathan Tahir is putting in IDR 31.63 billion for increasing his stake at PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the managing company of Mayapada Hospital network. Tahir takes office as a member of Board of Commissioners of SRAJ.
In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (22/1), Tahir’s shares rose 16.82 million to 75.07 million from 58.25 million shares. “The purpose of the transaction is for investment,” said Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ.
Tahir portion increases from 0.49% to 0.63% out of total listed shares of 12 billion, recorded as of December 2024. As of last year, SRAJ’s shareholders consisted of PT Surya Cipta Inti of 59.99%, High Pro Investments 18.17%. Wing Harvest 10.63%, Jane Dewi Tahir 0.43%, Jonathan Tahir 0.49%, Dato Sri Tahir 0.02%, and the public 10.28%.
Tahir is known as the last child of Sri Dato Tahir, the owner of Mayapada Group. Total shareholders of SRAJ stood at 830, with the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares being PT Mayapada Healthcare Group. (LK/ZH)
