JAKARTA - Fore Coffee, a startup in the Food and Beverages (F&B) sector, reveals a number of its strategies in meeting the demand for premium coffee-based drinks, at affordable prices.

After operating for almost 7 years, Fore Coffee has opened 217 stores spread across 43 cities by September 30, 2024. This includes 61 new stores opening throughout 2024.

Vico Lomar, CEO of Fore Coffee, admitted that the expansion was based on the Research and Development (R&D) team's deep understanding in exploring the Indonesian coffee market. Often in the research process, Fore Coffee also conducts field observations to get the best raw materials from various regions.

‘Every innovative product decision is always made based on a deep understanding of the market through comprehensive analysis and disciplined performance monitoring,’ said Vico, in an official statement received by IDN Financials today.

Not only that, Fore Coffee also continues to create a number of new products until the end of 2024. This new product innovation is also accompanied by new market expansion, in order to strengthen the customer base.

Vico admitted that he is quite optimistic that this year will be the right moment for Fore Coffee to be more aggressive in targeting business growth. The reason, said Vico, is that the growth potential of the coffee industry is still high. The projected average annual growth of this industry is estimated to reach 11% until 2030. (KR/LM)
