Jhon Veter Firdaus now owns 5% of Brigit Biofarmaka (OBAT) shares
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, January 21, Jhon Veter Firdaus Reagen was listed as a new investor in PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi Tbk (OBAT) in the list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, he purchased 30.03 million shares of this herbal, cosmetic, and beverage third-party company, giving him a 5.01% ownership stake.
Additionally, it was noted that three other private investors had purchased shares. Lee Suharlie purchased over 1.76 million shares of PT MegaPower Makmur Tbk (MPOW), a company that deals with power plant procurement. His shares rose to 5.36% as a result of this acquisition.
After that, Wempy acquired 1.16 million more shares in PT Planet Properindo Jaya Tbk (PLAN), increasing his ownership stake to 5.37%. The issuer itself is the management of the Vue Palace Hotel Bandung. Finally, Rudy Susanto bought 600,000 more shares in PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM), the Coca-Cola brand distributor in Indonesia. He now owns 45.42% of the company, a modest gain.
However, through PT Dwidana Sakti Sekuritas, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya sold 30 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), an oil and gas tanker firm. Then, through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, PT Laut Biru Teknologi released 13.58 million shares of PT Wir Asia Tbk (WIRG), an augmented reality (AR) firm.
After that, PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya sold 2.09 million shares of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), a hospital operator. With a 63.95% stake, this investor remains the controller.
PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII), the insurance company's controller, then released 142,300 shares of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI), leaving it with an 87.26% ownership stake.
Additionally, foreign investors were also quite busy selling shares. HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self sold 13.68 million shares of BUMI, the shares from the mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI). Lastly, via Citibank, N.A., Bank of Singapore Limited released 1.86 million shares of digital bank PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR). (KD)
