JAKARTA - Hady Kuswanto, President Director of PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk (UVCR), has reportedly increased his portion gradually mid-January 2025.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials, Monday (3/2), Kuswanto’s portion has risen from 1.69% to 1.96% of total listed shares of 2 billion shares.

The transaction was carried out in separate occasions with varying prices, from IDR 52 to IDR 56 per share, from January 10 to 22, 2025.

Kuswanto confirmed that the purchase is meant as an investment. “It is direct ownership at UVCR,” said Kuswanto, quoted Monday (3/2).

He is also known as the ultimate beneficial owner of UVCR shares. The owner of the controlling party is PT Hutama Mulia Rajawali.

As of December 2024, UVCR’s shareholders consisted of Riky Boy H Permata of 4.07%, Hady Kuswanto 1.69%. Hendro Tjahjono 0.09%, PT Trimegah Sumber Mas 46.22%, Rangga Ananta 0.04%, and the public of 47.89%. (LK/ZH)
