JAKARTA - The list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Thursday (30/1), revealed that PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) acquired 40 million shares of PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa in PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS).

While Sejahtera Raya only owns 5.6% of IMAS shares, Trimegah Sekuritas currently holds a 14.65% stake.

Then, Barokah Melayu Foods Pte Ltd, through PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas, reportedly acquired 165.50 million of PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (ENAK) shares, also known as Champ Group. This controller currently owns more than 50% of the restaurant management issuer's shares, compared to 42.46% in previous days.

In the meantime, individual ENAK investor Ali Gunawan Budiman sold 50.10 million shares, bringing his holdings down to 14.29%. Additionally, 46.09 million ENAK shares were released by PT Alba Cipta Rasa, while 26.44 million shares were sold by PT Cipta Rasa Juara. Currently, Alba Cipta holds around 13.59% of the shares, while Cipta Rasa holds around 7.54%.

Through PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas and PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas, the three investors sold their shares; Ali Gunawan also used PT Bank DBS Indonesia's additional services.

After that, PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra, who already owned 35% of the shares in the energy business PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), added 35.73 million shares, bringing their stake percentage up to 36.08%.

To officially hold 5.4% of the shares in this film and production firm, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia additionally acquired 34.11 million shares in PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM).

By acquiring 1.60 million shares of hospital operator PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya made the last share addition.

In the meantime, 47.54 million shares of BUMI, which are controlled by mining holding firm PT Bumi Resources Tbk, were released by foreign investor HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self in the final share sale. (KD/ZH)
