JAKARTA - On Monday, February 3, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. acquired an extra 176.28 million shares in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk, marking the start of the list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This foreign investor increased their stake in the energy infrastructure company to 17.32% through PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

Additionally, Prajogo Pangestu used PT Bahana Sekuritas to buy 30.90 million shares of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT). His share part now stands at 71.35% as the controller of this energy and industrial issuer. Through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, another individual investor, Lo Kheng Hong, acquired 415 thousand shares of tire producer PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, giving him a 5.3% ownership stake.

Additionally, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia added 22.50 million shares to its stake in PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), a film production company. Its stake grew slightly to 5.63%.

Last but not least, one of Indonesia's top bread manufacturers, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), bought back 1.31 million of its own shares through PT BCA Sekuritas.

Conversely, Zurich Assets International Ltd. executed the biggest share reduction, releasing 17.44 million shares of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA) through PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas. The issuer is a consulting firm that specializes in mining and energy.

The largest stakeholder of PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA), PT Esta Utama Corpora, subsequently released 12.50 million shares of this real estate firm, leaving 73.84% of the shares in their pocket. 1.22 million shares of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance (MTWI) were sold by their controller, PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, leaving 86.97% of the shares remaining.

The subsequent share reduction was executed by Hapsoro, an individual investor. He sold nearly 7 million shares of Bali real estate developer PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA). In the end, PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari sold 244,000 shares in PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk, a palm oil company. (KD)
