JAKARTA – Bima Kurniawan, Director of PT Itsec Asia Tbk (CYBR), sold 2.02 million of his shares in a transaction conducted on February 4, 2025.

Doni Mora, also Director at CYBR, revealed that the transaction was conducted in stages with prices ranging from IDR 510 to IDR 530 per share. "The purpose of the transaction was for investment," he confirmed on Thursday (6/2).

Following the sale, Bima Kurniawan's shares decreased to 27.46 million, or 0.42% of the total 6.48 billion shares outstanding. Previously, he owned 29.49 million shares, or 0.45%.

The first phase saw 1.15 million shares sold at IDR 501 per share, followed by 816,000 shares at IDR 515 per share in the second phase, and 59,900 shares sold at IDR 530 per share in the third phase. Calculating based on the average price of IDR 518.3 per share, the total value of the sale reached IDR 1.05 billion.

As of December 2024, the ownership composition of CYBR consists of 46.02% held by controlling shareholders, and 53.98% by non-controlling shareholders. The ultimate beneficial owner is Stone Tree International Limited, with a free float level of 19% and a total of 2,125 shareholders. (LK/ZH)
