DSSA secures IDR 1 trillion facility from BNI

JAKARTA – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), coal mining company under Sinarmas Group, has signed a loan facility agreement worth IDR 1 trillion with PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) on Thursday (6/2).
According to a disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (7/2), the facility will be allocated to fund the company’s operational needs and the development of its subsidiaries.
Backed by the company’s assets, this facility is expected to affect DSSA's debt-to-equity ratio.
“This credit facility will cause the company’s net debt-to-equity ratio to increase to approximately 17%,” DSSA's management acknowledged in an official statement.
As of September 2024, DSSA reported equity of USD 1.92 billion, while its assets reached USD 3.51 billion, with cash and cash equivalents amounting to USD 695.09 million. (ZH)
