JAKARTA – On Thursday, February 6, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's report of share ownership changes exceeding 5% highlighted the sale of 750 million shares of gold producer PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (SQMI) by foreign investor Wilton Resources Holdings Pte Ltd.

Although the investor previously held nearly 60% of the shares, its stake fell to 54.05% as a result of the sale through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas.

This time, a number of private investors also participated in the market direction. Hartadi Angkosubroto relinquished one million shares of PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (DART), while Hapsoro cut its shares in PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA) by 11.36 million shares. The shares of MINA and DART are involved in real estate development.

After that, HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self sold 24.35 million shares of the mining holding company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI).

Then, 6,800 shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) were released by Morgan Stanley And Co International Plc. Remarkably, PT Samuel Sekuritas, another FILM investor, bought 27.12 million shares in this production company.

Furthermore, it seems that foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd was still increasing its stake in the energy infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) by 165.89 million shares. Following the completion of the purchase through PT CGS Internasional Sekuritas Indonesia, this investor now owns approximately 17.86% of BIPI.

Roughly 11.02 million shares of PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA) were added by DBS Bank Ltd S/A Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund via PT Bank DBS Indonesia. This issuer is a Pizza Hut franchisee in Indonesia.

With a total ownership of 64.02%, PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya, MIKA's controlling shareholder, acquired 1.91 million shares of hospital operator PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA).

Lastly, through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, private investor Lo Kheng Hong invested 300,000 shares in tire producer PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL). (KD)
