JAKARTA - On Friday, February 7, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk sold 177.62 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), according to the list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PT MNC Sekuritas and PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia handled this transaction.

Currently, MNC Asia Holding owns only about 9.58% of the property company's shares, with about 9.34 billion shares owned.

Through PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, which owns 86.9% of MTWI shares, subsequently sold 1.11 million shares of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance (MTWI). Next, after selling 369 thousand shares of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA), Ling Sun now owns just 5.66% of the construction company.
