JAKARTA – Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) announces the result of its latest evaluation, which will take effect starting from early next month.

Based on said evaluation result, MSCI removes three issuers of MSCI Global Standard. The three companies in question are namely PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP), PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR).

“All changes will be applied at the close of February 28, 2025, effective from March 3, 2025,” said MSCI in its official statement.

At the same time, MDKA and INKP are now listed under MSCI Small Cap Index. MSCI also lists PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) as a new constituent in this particular index.

Meanwhile, there are four issuers removed from MSCI Small Cap Index, namely PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR), PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), and PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL).

Next, MSCI will conduct another index review in May 2025, effective starting from June 2, 2025. (KR/ZH)
