JAKARTA - PT Investasi Sukses Bersama (ISB) is known to have increased its stake in PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) in a transaction yesterday (11/2). After the transaction, the issuer's share price seemed to strengthen.

Yune Marketatmo, President Director of WIFI, said that 6.07 million shares were traded at IDR1,530 per share. ‘The investment objective is to increase the securities portfolio,’ he said on Thursday (13/2).

After the transaction, ISB's shares became 50.365%, up from 50.108% of the registered share capital of 2.35 billion shares. If calculated, the value of the share purchase was IDR 9.30 billion.

As of January 2025, WIFI's shareholders include ISB 50.11%, the public 44.51%, Tinawati 0.20%, the Board of Directors 0%, and Djoni 5.09%. Tinawati is also the beneficiary of WIFI's share ownership. The number and percentage of WIFI's free float shares are 1.17 billion or 49.61% respectively. The number of shareholders is 18,233 customers.

In the afternoon session on Thursday (13/2), WIFI's share price rose 10% to IDR1,650 from IDR1,500 per share. On (12/2), the issuer's share price strengthened IDR135 to IDR1,500 at the afternoon close. (EF/LK/LM)
