JAKARTA – Several executives of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) collectively resigned. The management will further discuss this decision during Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), scheduled for March 19, 2025.

The executives that renounce their positions are namely Ardy Hady Wijaya, incumbent President Commissioner, followed by several directors, such as Elly, Mitchella Ardy Hady Wijaya, and Keith Ardy Hady Wijaya.

“Their resignations are due to personal reasons,” clarified Amelia Allen, Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of ERAA, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to IDNFinancials report, ERAA had just established a joint venture alongside Singaporean investor, Tea Explorer Pte. Ltd. (TEA). With this new entity, ERAA will attempt to engage in the food and beverages (F&B) business.

This joint venture is established under the name PT Chagee Era Indonesia (CEI) through PT Era Boga Nusantara (EBN). Investment channelled by EBN to CEI is IDR 120 billion. (KR/ZH)
