JAKARTA - On Wednesday, February 12, the Indonesia Stock Exchange disclosed changes in share ownership exceeding 5%, including two new investors in PT Klinko Karya Imaji Tbk (KLIN), a cleaning equipment manufacturing firm.

PT Samico Capital Utama Mulia purchased 784.51 million shares of KLIN, becoming the controlling investor with 60% of the stock. Furthermore, PT Widjaja Berkat Gemilang purchased 255.48 million shares, acquiring an instant 19.54% stake. The two investors carried out their transactions through PT Indo Premier Sekuritas.

Furthermore, PT Sigmantara Alfindo increased its stake in PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) by 743.30 million shares through PT Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia. This purchase raised its ownership from 31.7% to 33.49%. AMRT shares are engaged in the minimarket retail business.

PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) then acquired 52 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal mining contractor and service provider. This investor purchased the shares and increased its position to 7.98%.

PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), the company that controls PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), boosted its stake in the mass media issuer by 39.44 million shares.

On the other hand, the highest share reduction this time was carried out by investor PT NEV Stored Energy, which released 55 million shares of PT Green Power Group Tbk (LABA), a sustainable energy issuer. This parent company's shares fell from 50.75% to 45.77% after completing the transaction through PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas.

PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) then sold 20.98 million shares of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, leaving it with a 39.4% ownership stake. PT Shima Global Kapital followed by selling about 16.19 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), accounting for the remaining 20.92% of shares.

PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia then lowered its stake in production company PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) by 2.88 million shares. Foreign investor MB Investment Management Pte Ltd sold 200 thousand shares of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), a cybersecurity solution issuer, bringing the market hint to a close. (KD)
