Restructuring, ATIC divests 61% of HR shares

JAKARTA – PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC) has restructured its business structure by divesting 61% of its subsidiary's shares.
Camelia Suryana Bong, Corporate Secretary of ATIC, stated that the company has sold 204.35 million shares of PT Emporia Digital Raya (EDR) in PT Harysa Remitindo (HR) to PT Pakar Pembayaran Digital (PPD).
“The reason for the transaction is to improve operational cost efficiency, as the divested subsidiary’s operations have incurred costs so far,” she said on Friday (14/2).
She further explained that the divestment of EDR’s shares simplifies the company’s structure, aligning with ATIC’s growth strategy.
The share purchase agreement was signed yesterday (13/2). EDR, as the seller, and PPD, as the buyer, are not affiliated. For the record, ATIC owns 99.9% of EDR’s shares. (LK/ZH)
