JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has revealed that 19 large companies are currently in the pipeline for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) this year.

Since the beginning of this year, the IDX has recorded 8 companies that have already conducted their IPOs. The total funds raised from these new issuers amounted to IDR 3.7 trillion.

Among these 8 new issuers, PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) and PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) have drawn considerable attention from investors.

According to data from IDNFinancials.com, CBDK listed on the stock exchange on January 13, 2025, raising IDR 2.3 trillion. Meanwhile, RATU listed on January 8, 2025, securing IDR 624.46 billion.

“As of now, 20 companies are in the IDX stock listing pipeline,” said I Gede Nyoman Yetna, Director of Corporate Valuation at IDX, in an official statement on Friday (15/2).

Of these 20 companies, 19 are classified as large, with assets exceeding IDR 250 billion, while 1 is a medium-sized company, with assets between IDR 50 billion and IDR 250 billion.

It is known that 6 of the companies preparing for IPOs come from the non-cyclical consumer sector, 4 from the industrial sector, 3 from the healthcare sector, 3 from the energy sector, and the remaining 2 from the basic materials sector. (KR/ZH)
