Shima Global continues to sell ENRG shares

JAKARTA - On Thursday, February 13, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's report of share ownership changes above 5% highlighted PT Shima Global Kapital, which was still selling shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG).
With 20.86% of the company still owned, this investor sold 15 million shares of the oil and gas exploration and trading issuer through PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia.
Additionally, through PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia and PT MNC Sekuritas, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk decreased its ownership stake in the real estate firm PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) by 11.93 million. This MNC Group's parent company's equity dropped slightly to 9.42%. However, the same investor also purchased 2 million shares of stock in PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), its subsidiary in the media and broadcasting field.
After that, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, the controller of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), sold 6.04 million shares of the financial services company. The shares of this investor dropped to 52.28% following the completion of this transaction through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas. Afterward, PT Infiniti Wahana, another controller, sold 155,100 shares of PT Steady Safe Tbk (SAFE), a public transportation firm, leaving 41.12% of the shares.
Then, about 1.24 million shares of gold miner PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI) were sold by foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. This foreign investor's shareholding declined to 18.54%.
In contrast, DBS Bank Ltd S/A Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund, a foreign investor, boosted its stake in PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA), Pizza Hut franchise owner in Indonesia, by 5.70 million shares. The rise in its shares was around 2%, from 9.41% to 9.5%.
Additionally, through PT Mandiri Sekuritas, private investor Ram Jethmal Punjabi purchased an extra 3.92 million RAAM shares of production company PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk. Approximately 70.4% of the shares are now owned by this controller.
Then, well-known private investor Lo Kheng Hong simultaneously purchased shares in two issuers. He purchased 108,900 shares of PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), a coal investment company, and 511,600 shares of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL), a tire maker. With a 5.4% stake allocation in each issuer, he made both purchases through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas. (KD)
