JAKARTA – PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk (MDIY) has inaugurated its 1000th store in Bulukumba, South Sulawesi. This store symbolises the company’s expansion, reaching even the most remote parts of Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke.

“The selection of Bulukumba as the location for our 1000th store is a tangible representation of our commitment that MR DIY Indonesia is here for everyone, no matter where they are,” said Edwin Cheah, President Director of MR DIY.

Furthermore, Edwin emphasised that this achievement is not merely a celebration of store numbers, but a testament to the inclusive and far-reaching growth of the business.

“We are not just building stores, but also creating access, opportunities, and economic growth for communities,” he stated in an official release on Thursday (20/2).

In addition to expanding its retail network, MDIY has become a strategic partner for local suppliers and SMEs.
