JAKARTA – PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti (WFPR) has secured an extension on the maturity of its credit facility from PT BPR Intidana Sukses Makmur. WFPR is a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), with a 99.99% ownership stake.

Emy Puspita Yunita, Corporate Secretary of WSKT, stated that WFPR and Intidana signed an amendment agreement yesterday (18/2).

“The credit facility term has been extended for the next 12 months, from 18 February 2025 to 18 February 2026,” she said, as quoted on Friday (21/2).

She noted that the restructuring of the credit facility’s maturity period will positively impact WFPR’s finances. The credit facility obtained by WFPR from Intidana is valued at IDR 5 billion as of 23 February 2024. (LK/ZH)
